Get the latest installer, review system requirements, and follow the SmartScreen steps if Windows displays a warning.
System requirements
Recommended baseline for a smooth calibration and execution:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
- 1920×1080 (recommended) for easier UI calibration
- Stable internet connection for license activation and updates
- Administrator permissions may be required during installation
Windows SmartScreen (if shown)
If Windows blocks the installer, use this safe flow:
- Click More info
- Click Run anyway
- Continue the installation wizard
If you still have issues, create a diagnostic package inside the app and send it to support together with a screenshot of the problem.
File integrity (recommended)
Verify the installer hash after downloading. Compare your result with the SHA256 shown above.
